Which Wedding is currently recruiting commission only sales agents around the UK.
You will be selling pages in the Which Wedding suppliers index to wedding-related suppliers around the country. You can work your own hours, and will be responsible for paying your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
"I have been working for Which Wedding for about 6 months. I spend between 1 and 3 hours per day making phone calls, researching new suppliers, sending emails and general administration. As I work from home, I am able to fit this in around my family and other commitments such as the school run, housework, helping with homework, etc. Although I am working alone, I am in constant contact by email with my colleagues so I do not feel isolated.
Finding leads is easy. I use the internet, bridal magazines, wedding fair catalogues, even the good old Yellow Pages. Everyone knows someone who has something to do with weddings, be it makeup, flowers or catering. Word of mouth is an excellent marketing tool. I usually send an introduction letter by email telling the potential supplier a bit about Which Wedding. I then follow this up a few days later with a phone call.
I earn 20% of all sales that I make. I can earn a decent amount each month, depending on the hours I have worked."
